continued gums and lips numb

I forgot to mention that i have a whole bunch of bumps on the inside of my bottom lip. I keep getting more and they bleed when i push on them. Do you think I could have oral cancer? How would I get checked for it?

I do not think you have oral cancer but you should definitely be checked by an oral surgeon.
