corrosion on teeth

hey everybody,
i have a kind of corrosion on the inner side of central and lateral incisors on the inside, on visual inspection it looks like kind of yellow stains and upon touching with my tongue gives me a brittle/rough feeling on my teeth

what can this be, can anyone plz guide???

It's probably plaque build-up, see your dentist and get your teeth cleaned.

i think it is calculus (from what ive seen in pictures online http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MandibularAnteriorCalculus.JPG

what can i do? is there a home remedy or do i need to see the dentist immediately
is this a routine problem or an emergency
plz guide???

Corrosion occuring on described surface is rare clinically. I would suspect calculus. Seeing a dentist is advised.
