dental abcess(abscess)

my friend is  24 year old she had recurrance abcess (abscess) in upper  central inciser , it dranged in clinic and it appear again  after 3 month. the docter suggest traumatic cause, but i can't understand why it recurrant and it's abcess (abscess) or other thing?.

Dental abscess is commonly associated with pulpal necrosis, suboptimal canal debridement and obturation, or periodontal infection.If the source of infection is not eliminated, drainage of abscess and antibiotics will not cure the problem.Seeing an endodontist is advised.
