dizziness after implants

I had 5 implants.. and i after i had the 2 implants i started having dizziness and num feeling on my head.. as if i just woken up from a very long afternoon sleep and feeling dozy, drowsy.. will this go away? i have read once that teath implants can lead to a cancer and kill with in a year so its restricted in america as jaw surgeries can cost humans having a cancer, as humans has a lot of germs in their mouth and jaw surgery is the way to infect these germs to the bones in the mouth.. please help..
