do you know whats going on? i dont have a dentist

yesterday i noticed some red spots on the roof of my mouth and have no idea where they came from.
i dont have a dentist and am not sure if i should goto the dentisr or the doctor.
I now have really bad jaw pain on my left side.

any help would be great
i am 28 y/o male.

the lesions appeared to be associated with mechanical trauma or burning injury if you can recall traumatic event.traumtic injury of oral soft tissue tends to heal up within 10 -14 days.if the red lesions persist more than 2 weeks, seeing a dentist is advised.
