Am dental student and i really need your help to finalize [ prosthetic treatment plan]  in this case.
[[ specially for tooth # 17and  also to replace missing 46 & badly destructed 47(after extraction ) ]]

Which tooth designation system are you referring to? Does #17 refer to upper right second molar or lower left third molar? I believe 46 and 47 refer to lower right first and second molar. I can't find the images. Please post the images here or send to my e-mail address. Whenever you deal with prosthetic rehabilitation, always start from cr mounting on semiadjustable articulator. Certainly, facebow transfer is essential. Peter Dawson's textbook " functional occlusion, from tmj to smile design" is very helpful for your career.
