dry socket constant pain

I had my wisdom teeth removed about a week ago and literally from my neck up hurts!!! my teeth ALL of the bottom ones feel like they are super sensitive and like I am drinking a glass of ice water constantly. I have a headache and I feel like I have n ear infection. Mt right side is worse and I had it packed yesterday! It felt great yesterday except a little eh on the left and now today its double the pain I literally want to cry! I also can't open my mouth very well? Doctor told me to take ibuprofen and I have and it does NOT help at all! Can you possibly tell me what my next step should be especially since my insurance runs out in 5 days?

Have you asked for a stronger prescription for the pain?  Try icing the jaw to help with the swelling and the soreness.  Try to open every now and then to stretch out the muscles gently.  Are you taking any antibiotics at all?  It sounds like the extractions were difficult and resulted in some extensive trauma to the area that'll need to heal on its own.
