enlarged white painful taste bud

I have an enlarged, white, painful taste bud at the front left of my tongue and I don't know how I got it. Well I have some assumptions. I've got a couple of bumps on the inside of my bottom jaw and the one on the right was hurting a bit, the gum where my wisom tooth should be growing through was also sore and then the taste bud swelled up. I think it's stress. Only the taste bud is sore now but I'm at a loss to what caused it, what it is and how to make it go away.

I have gotten them my whole life. I just call it a dead taste bud, or maybe my mother started that. It goes away no biggie.
