front teeth

helo....iam so worried about my main front teeth, its has been long time i am felling like its moving little bit but not exactly..due to this fear i am not biting any hard thing like apple or vegitable as i have fear that it can be loose or fall...n so plz tell me that what shuld i do for this n is it rite to not biite anything like hard thing as one of my friend says that my teeth will be more weaker if i dont bite any hard thing from my front teeth....to is it like dat think so? shuld i bite it front teeth
