gold window removed?? please help!!

HI  i had a seriously chip't front tooth it was so bad that when i drinking fizzy pop ect it was rotting i went to my dentist and was advised to have some kind of cap/false cap of some sort any way me thinking you would be able to tell it was fake decided to have a gold window fitted around it insted BIGGGG mistake 6months down the line i hate it i feel like a hood lum everytime i smile i really regret getting it done my perants hate it just as much as me iam only 19 so i put it down to being very stupid and nieve :(
i want my white smile back without the chip. but how?? and where do i go from hear?? thanks
