got a few questions - please look :)

Hello everyone,

I decided to whiten my teeth using a 35% carbamide peroxide whitening gel, and i am on my 4th day and so far so good. I do have some questions regarding basic oral hygiene, and teeth whitening.

My first question is, i enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning (i'm addicted to coffee) and i am wondering what steps can i take to ensure that my teeth wont get stained from the coffee? I typically try to brush my teeth after drinking coffee or chew orbit gum, is this a good solution to the prevention of coffee stains?

I also use a Oral-B Fluorinse mouthwash and i just purchased Listerine mouthwash as well (it helps fight against gingivitis). When should i use the Oral-B Fluorinse and when should i use the Listerine mouthwash? I am thinking to use the Listerine in the morning and at night, and to use the Fluorinse during the day (just once). Also, can it be bad if i use the Fluorinse mouthwash more than once a day (something about Fluorine? ) ?

Also, more importantly, is there any way i can help strengthen my gums/teeth and help them not to reside? It seems that I've been brushing too aggressively and it has caused my gums to reside.

And lastly, i noticed that i get these white spots/lines in my teeth after whitening, is this normal? I googled a bit and it seems it is normal and they will go away over time, but i would like to just make sure.

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my questions. If you have any tips or anything you'd like to add, please feel free. Thank you again
