gum pain/tooth ache

gum pain/tooth ache

hello. this condition has started 2 days ago. the gum region behind my lower 3 molar is hurting. this is very frustrating because the pain moderate but constant and continues till the canine. I think my wisdom tooth is erupting stright. It has erupted for the most part but not entirely. due to this, my second molar is hurting. I also see an operculum which is also hurting. would the pain will go away soon or should have my wisdom tooth extracted? I am twenty five years old now.  Please help!!

Thank you

The wisdom teeth may be causing the tissue to be inflammed.  If that is the case, it will trap food, etc, causing it to be worse.  For right now I would just try to keep it as clean as possible back there...maybe a water pick.  And if it doesn't get better I would see your dentist...and the wisdom tooth may have to come out.
