Hi,
If you are faithful in going for dental cleanings, what have they told you?  Do you already have pockets forming?  Also, brushing your teeth at home correctly is super important.  Your gums shouldn't bleed.

Be sure to brush your teeth twice a day, morning and night with a soft toothbrush.  You don't need to scrub them hard.  Plaque starts to harden into calculus around 12 hours so twice a day is important and brushing more with a lighter circular touch is better than brushing hard which damages the enamel on your teeth.  You should  brush for a minimum of two full minutes, too.  Play a song while you brush.  Then, be SURE to floss at least once a day.   Your teeth aren't clean unless you do the sides and that's what flossing does.  Slide the floss down the side of your tooth and form a "C".  Reach below the gumline and then slide back up.  Then do the other side of the other tooth.

Your dental routine shouldn't take you more than a total of five minutes in your entire day.

If you do that for a couple of weeks and your gums are still bleeding you need to get back to your dentist.  You may need a deeper cleaning than you can do.

GOOD LUCK!
My best to you,
Gellia
