gum sores

for the last several months my top gums on the exzack spot on both side have had redness on the gum area with cranker sores on the gum above it .the teeth right below it on the gum line on those teeth starting to get redness around the gum line on the tooth and look like cranker sores on starting on those to.(its the spot where i mostly chew my food)i have seen two dentist both are not sure what it is. one gave me a bacteria mouth wash which worked well at first but then some of them can back. i do have lots of cavieties(that haven't been filled yet) and have sinus
and allgery problem not sure if that can be part of the problem.anyways i am going to see  gum doctor but thats not till the 22nd and i am realy worried about this just trying to ease my mind until then. thanks for you time
