hard bumps located in my mouth but have very small color differences

I have these bumps in my mouth for a couple of days and they are not very painful but they are very very hard and there are two right next to eachother. I am worried about mouth cancer but i don't know if this is possible, i don't know what to think. They are located on the left side of my mouth, on the lip, right where the teeth meet the gums. If you could tell me what it might be that would be great, thanks.

I doubt very much that it is cancer. It sounds like a mucocele which is a blocked mucous duct--this is conjecture on my part without seeing it but I think you should see an oral surgeon for a definitive diagnosis.
