i can understand what happened whit me

I am 23 years old and i now to have a paradontosa.but from 3 weeks i have little verry little rash on my uper lip(to inside) from one corner to another corner.I have and white coating on my tongue from 5 month.I  smoke from 20 to 30 cigarete on 1 day and i have polyp on my throat.For my tongue i did 2 time hiv test for 8 month and   it is negative and i dont think to have hiv because  i dont have ulcer nowhere in my mouth .I am married of 1 years and as a whole i f??l good except i feel discomfort in stomach and pain in kidney.i dont have antibiotics.is this some dental infections or my problem is inside of me.What can be couse on my condition with my white tongue and rash lip.I feel discomfort  to live like that and also i want to become pregnant but this problems be afreid of me.Tank you for the answer.

You smoke? smoking deprives the largely vascular mucosal tissue of the mouth and can cause tissue change.  Oral thrush (yeast infection) casuses a sore red mouth and white coating.  This can be easily treated with anti fungal meds (nilstat etc).  The polyp sounds like a separate issue.  Poor oral care sounds like the most likely cause of the white coating.  The rash could be many different things.  Oral HPV (human papilloma virus) or wart virus could be a possibility.  
I would suggest you go and see a dentist and a General practitioner.  Here is a link for oral HPV pictures:

Don't stress until you go and have all the tests.  As for your kidneys and stomach I think this is again a separate issue.

I am sorry but there seems to be too many things going on here and it would be impossible to give you an opinion without seeing you and knowing a more complete medical history. You need to see an MD and  oral surgeon for a definitive diagnosis.
