i have bumbs toward the back of my toungue and my left gland is swollen

i am thirteen years old and i have these bumps on my back of my tougue and on the sides my left gland is always swollen do you know what this could mean.

This discussion is related to Tongue bumps, swolle glands and white spots on uvula.
