i what is wrong with me my mouth is in horrific pain

A couple of days ago my top gums began to swell and i got a sore throat. Then the next day my bottom gums were swollen as well and i got a fever. Yesturday, i got two white sores on my tongue and and two canker sores on my bottom lip. Today, when i looked in the mirror my gums are still swollen and have started to turn white!!! please help me figure out what is wrong!??
