The best method depends on you and your teeth.  For example I have to use trays at home with 11% solution becuase my teeth are very sensitive.  It can also depend on how white you are wanting your teeth.  there are many variables and eveyone is different.  From my experience most methods work pretty well some just take more time than others.  Even crest white strips work pretty good.
