is there something wrong after having teeth pulled

i had all 32 teeth removed a week ago and my lower right jaw is still hurting the pain has moved to my ear and neck i have also noticed that the lumph nodes are swollen what could be wrong

i was at the doctor at the begining of the week i had got a severe infection that was spreading to my neck they put me on some very strong meds and i am starting to feel better now

Please go to the ER it sounds like you have cellulitus. For give my spelling I did the treatment for hep-c and have memory loss. I was a dental asst. for 24 years. Do not put heat on it. The infection will go into your bloodstream it is dangerous.

Sounds like you have an infection and I strongly urge you to call the dentist and let him know immediately! Oral infections can spread and become very nasty. You should probably be on antibiotics.
Please don't wait........call right now, even if it's Sunday. Somebody is on call for emergencies and I'd say this is pretty damn close!
