jaw ache post filling

hi there
i had a filling done 2 weeks ago and all went well and was very quick. since then as the days have gone on i have been getting a sharp pain around my TMJ. i contacted my dentist and was told that was normal. trouble is it is getting worse and i am struggling to open jaw to chew and having to nibble wth front teeth. i was hoping for a second opinion.. i am concerned that the injection coud have caused some nerve damage!!

Probably not nerve damage as it usually is obvious the moment the numbness wears off.  Usually it feels like its not wearing off.  Is the cheek area swelling up too?  Its possible there maybe an infection and its spreading in the cheek area and putting pressure on the muscles and causing it to be more difficult to open.

I am having bad teeth I am needing all the tops pulled out but I woke and my face is so big, I am told it will go to the heart how long does that take. I was born with a weak heart and I am not want to have anything more happen to me. I am in a low income family and all the work is 4500. So I am trying to save for it. I have had so many medical thing happen that we have no extra money to deal I am on the med for the infection but it is not helping.

You're going to have to go to an ER to get it taken care of.  They may not be able to remove the teeth but they'll have to at least try to drain the pus out if its swollen severely or start you on an IV antibiotic to get it under control.  There may be one particular tooth that could be an issue and you may be able to get to a dentist and remove the problematic one (worst one) first and then take care of the rest later.  But if its swollen, I would recommend getting it taken care of (stabilized at least) as soon as possible to avoid any more problems.
