lasting pain after extraction months

lasting pain after extraction months

31, 32 tooth extracted two half months ago. #32 was bad had some pain before extractions but routine appointment no emergency.
Everything seemed to go well but after numbness was gone pain has been severe , can not chew right side, area very senstive now to warm or cold, sweets. Dentist rechecked at least three times and said everything was ok , even did xrays again found nothing there.
Went to family doctor but he didnt see anything wrong. I also have multiple sclerosis could there be some relationship with the extraction? Both doctors along with MS doctors say probably not indefinite answer.
Treatment so far has been extra strenght tynol days, eleve at night, rinsing mouth with salt water, some relief but painful all the time.
Infection doesnt appear present , did have recent sinus cold but gone now. Doesnt appear to be cause because was before cold  and after.
Havent got resources to spare so want some help in making decision what to do if anything, do I have to live this way?
thank-you

It sounds like there is another tooth that maybe involved. The symptoms that you are describing do not seem to be consistent with post-op pain from the extractions. It sounds like a tooth with a nerve problem is somewhere on that side. I would try to determine if that is the case.
