lingual nerve damage
I have a lingual nerve damage for two years, I have no live, I'm seriously consider to put a end to my life, I can not live anymore like this. I have pain and a burning sensation in my tongue for 24 hours a day.

Let me ask around and find out. If not, I can try contacting the American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons and see if they have any reasonable leads for potential doctors for you. Its going to be difficult to find the right doctor since you're not in the US. I hope to find the right specialist for you.
yes I have seen many neurologist and neurosurgeon and two oral surgeon , and two psychiatrist. I been to Bogota Colomia (Clinca del Country) I a had radio frequency lesion done by Neurologist Dr. Espinosa by had no positive effect, and also I had lingual nerve block down by Oral surgeon, Dr. Geneco also with no success, there was also threated by psychiatrist Dr.Calvis he give me Lyrica and Remeron also with no success, I stayed in Colombia for almost 2 mounts and the bill was pain by my insurance.
I aruba I been to two neurologist Dr. Falconi and they give me tramadol, neurontin, naproxen, non a them help, and my psychiatrist Dr. Van Galen give me bromazepam, Ambien, amitriptyline, Alprazolam, Zolidemtartraart Sandoz.
But in Colombia they don't have oral surgeon specialized in Llngual nerve damge.
I still suffering from the same pain and burning sensation in my tongue, and like I sad before, i can not go to my work( for 18 months) I have no life, so that's I'am really consedering considered to commit suicide, because I had tried everything and still nothing has change.
But Doc do you think or now that in the U.S somebody a oral surgeon can help me at least
to reduce my pain to 50%.
Pls send me a doc name or a hospital but with all specification so I can give it to my insurance, to let them now that there are somebody out there that can really help me.
Because here in Aruba if you can show them that there are somebody out there that can help you, my orthodontist,dentist(the one who cause me this) and my psychiatrist, they will write a letter to my insurance to prove that there is somebody out there to treat me.
Pls doc I'm supplicate, I'm begging you for your help, I don't want to die but there is no way out.

Have you seen any specialists such an a neurologist? They can prescribe medications which may help with the pain and burning sensation.
