I have a quick concern, I am a 27 year old male

Skin - abnormally dark or light is slowly returning to
normalNormal saline flush. Its not spreading or anything and neither does it hurt or feel like anything. If I don't look at it, the roof of my mouth feels normal. Also, a note that I do have nasal allergies and wondering if that has anything to do with it.
