lock jaw after upper wisdom tooth pulled

ok i had tooth pain went to dentist, he said probably wisdom tooth, pulled it.....severe pain, went back he said it was maybe dry socket, i said i think its the tooth in front of the wisdom tooth...put cloves in the socket and sent me home!
2 more days still in pain, back to dentist he said socked healed maybe exsposed root put some plastic thing on my tooth, at this time told him i think this tooth needs root canal..its plusating and throbing at night....my jaw and my ear hurts...come back if you have more pain! long story short i had to take my self to emergency room pain was unbearable..what now, thye gave me antibiotics and pain meds....going to dentist tomarrow what should i ask him?
