I have been getting my wisdom teeth they have shift my teeth in the back i have notice in  the right side in the jaw a small hard ball usually like a marble it hurt when i try to open my mouth wide  alot of time i can barely open my mouth because it goes muscle spasm in the face. also every time i swallow there is a noise in the right ear like a crunching sound i went to the dr. did me an xray and mri tmj but all came normal she told me to go to a denstist .  Please help me what could this be the wisdom teeth, infection or tmj

Its possible you may have an infection in your wisdom teeth.  I'm surprised that the TMJ doctor didn't look for that while he/she was doing your exam.
