nerve pain

Hi,

I had an accident on my ll5 with the porcellain crown above and it must have trapped a nerve because when i had it removed the same pain went to ll4, i am seeing a specialist as it feels like something is pushing on my ear, the tooth is very sensitive to very hot and very cold so I was hoping to get it root treated to remove the nerve in tooth......the symptoms are horrible sucking sound in mouth, toxins and a blocked ear usually after 2 x colds......then the nerve makes my ear super sensititive and i get facial pain.  I have had an ulcery sore on ll4 gum which has been there 3 weeks now it's not right 2 x antibiotics and still not cleared up?! It hurts to bite on tooth and get a pricking sensation and its like i want to bite something out of the way, do you think there is a fracture......why else with the toxins in mouth

I really want it root treated but am being advised differently but why not i can't live with the symptoms......

What is your opinion?  i will ask the specialist again to authorise the treatment because i only just has the ll5 removed and still it hasn't healed and now i'm asking for more treatment they think i'm weird but it's not right.......

my doctor is sending me for mri because nothing on perifirol xray at dentist, seeing oral specialist soon, i believe i have trapped a nerve under the root hopefully will show on mri but if not i will ask for root treatment to see if it sorts it

You may need to see an oral pathologist to evaluate the ulcer, an endodontist to evaluate pulp status of sensitive tooth, an orofacial pain specialist to evaluate facial pain.
