im have numbness behind my two front teeth, it started with symptoms of sinus problems i went to the doc he said it was an infection and the presure was pushing on the nerve behind my teeth. he gave me omixellion ive been taking it for 6 days and it has not changed. when i rub my toung on the area i fill a little lump like my nerve, i had a tooth implant 6 years ago on my front tooth. so my question is could it be the sinus infection or could it be dental.
let my say my teeth does not hurt its the gum behind the two front teeth.

I would recommend going back to your dentist to let him know it didn't work.  Its possible there's a problem with the dental implant as the implant has no nerve and wouldn't result in a toothache pain most likely.
