doc has suggested me better to go for laser surgery, but I am very worried about it. Could you please tell me is it good to go for laser surgery are there any complications in this procedure? and who is better for it a dental surgeon or ent surgeon? pls gve u r best suggestions, thanking u
Well, it would be best to consult with your own doctor who knows your case better than me.
I would say that if you feel comfortable with your doctor, then you should follow their recommendation of laser surgery. Have they tried other, non-invasive treatments at all? You may want to discuss with them and ask them what they think is best.
I don't treatment OSMF so I'm not as familiar with the treatments. I did some research and there is only one study which showed improvement with a laser treatment. But I can't find anything which states its the treatment of choice.
