pain in middle right mouth

i don't know how to pose this as a topic.
i have the flu right now, and i have this aching pain in my mouth.
its like, i am growing another tooth in the back of my right side mouth.
its red and i think it is swollen.
i can't bite or chew.
i can't even open my mouth to put a spoon in without feeling pain.
what do i have?
