If you feel its been cemented on wrongly, you can ask them to recement the temp and see if that fixes the problem. If not, temp cementing the bridge is another option. Your third option of seeing an endodontist (root canal specialist) can also help you figure out if you need a root canal or not. Toothaches, put you in a temp, then worked some more and then placed the same temp in again, there may be some discomfort anyways because the tooth may have changed shape but the temp is built for your tooth previous to getting work done again. A new temp may need to be made and that may also solve the problem. Kind of complicated, i know. If it doesn't make sense, I can try to explain it again.
