about a week ago i got a white spot on my upper gums, about 3 millimeters across, so quite small,  it is very very sensitive to touch, it seemed to apear in one night, and hasnt changed since i noticed it.  i really hate going to the dentist, and i defently cant afford it.  any ideas?

There are many possibilities of what is causing the white spot.  It is important for you to have a dentist do an examination to determine the cause of the white spot.

hello
i can think of one thing and that is it is probably ulcer
dont worry it will go away in 2 or 3 days
if it does not go away you can apply an ulcer gel
that will treat you well
