I am a woman of mid-twenties.For a month or so I have noticed that there are 2 white spots at the extreme right side of my mouth. On a closer look it seems as if there are very tiny cirles which have white boarder running onto each other- these bunch up and form the the white dots.I have a white coating in the middle and back of my tongue which my personal physician says is nothing to worry.Last week I had a dentist appointment. He said that the 2 white spots are becoz of tongue irritation and have prescribed a mouth wash.I am not very convinced. Can anyone say what it is?Just for the information I am a non-smoker and non-alcohic and nvr had any sort of physical relation of any kind.

Seeing an oral pathologist or oral surgeon is advised.
