Hello there
I have discussed with my dentist the possibility of using this product who has told me it would lighten my teeth and there are relatively lIttle side effects.
They have stressed however that I must purchase direct from them, or I would be breaking the law as the companies selling this product on-line should not sell it to me.
I am not prepared to break the law to have white teeth, but the companies selling the product are accessed via POLA NIGHT's own web site and it appears to be legitimate and lawful and very easy access for me to purchase direct at a significant saving?
Any advice regarding this predicament would be really appreciated.

I'm not sure about the legality of them selling it to you.  Its possible that the product is intended to be sold to the doctors and not to the general public.  You should contact pola night to see if you can purchase direct from them or if its necessary to purchase from the doctor.

With that said, hydrogen peroxide and carbamide peroxide are not regulated as drugs by the FDA.  A prescription is not required to purchase bleaching products.
