poor

i have a long history with my bad teeth.
about 4 years ago i felt terrible pains with my teeth, i went to the dentist and he pulled all 4 of my wisodom teeth
and he did a root canal on the last lower tooth on the right side and then placed a crown and also did a filling on teeth next to her.
ever since then my mouth hasnt felt normal.
5 month ago my crown fell off and then terrible pains started to take effect in my mouth including my right ear and the muscles underneath the eye.
iv been to 5 different specialists no one has been able to diagnose the problem i have even done a CT scan that showed that everything is ok.
the tooth with the root canal and the crown that fell off showed that the root canal has pass the canals a little bit and had been pulled off and 2 days after that the teeth next to her became really sensitive to cold heat and pressure. so again out of options i had root canal treatment.
after they inserted the stuff that killed the nerves i had began to experience excrutating pains in the teeth the face in that area, and the right ear even though the root and nerves are supposedly dead and gone. the doctor said that everything seems perfect there's no inflammation of the gums no bleeding the canals are clean all seems perfect and yet i feel pains terrible ones, even in the teeth on the upper jaw in the right side.
can it be that this tooth is cracked or chipped cause i do remember that i had a huge virtical hole in this teeth 4 years ago before she has been filled.
please help i am running out of options and losing my teeths and only 24 years of age.

thank you for your reply.
well we 2 days ago actually found the problem that causes all this incredible pains in all of my mouth as there is i didnt much understand it but there are still nerves and bloodvessals i think my root canal that just wont die or hiding!!
the doctor redid the root canal traetment, upon insterting needle it pained me as if the nerve was alive. the doctor enlarged the canal and insterted extra strong poisen to kill it.
after allready 20 mins the pain subsided substentuallly.
then again it came back in the evening i felt the poisen again working and after 5 mins of weird sensations in my teeth the pain subsided again.
i woke up in the morning allmost as new went to the doctor he did again the root canal treatment this time it didnt hurt just for mere seconds some times.
he closed the tooth and inserted the healing stuff that u put after u done with the teeth.
well the pains got back a few hours later but alot less hurtful,
so i guess the nerves arnt just dead yet.
gonna see the dentist in two days again cause its holiday now here.

It sounds like you may have a lot going on in your mouth.  You may want to try going to a university that has a oral medicine department, they may be able to get to the bottom of your painful situation.
