removal of screws for block bone graft

by texaswavelady, Jul 04, 2009 09:42AM
My bone graft was not successful...there isn't enough bone for implants (#6 and #7). Is surgery required to remove the screws that were used to secure the block bone graft? What happens if the screws are left in place?
