second opinon

Back in may I had a tooth pulled it was the third from the front of my mouth on the left hand side at the top.Same tooth had a root canal done on it 11 years ago. I was in extreme pain. The pain use to shoot up the side of my face right into my temple and I would get bad headaches and dizzness from it. The pressure from the tooth on my gum was so bad.It was like this off and on for about a year. Then about a month before i got it pulled the pain just wouldnt go away.At this time i only had 5 teeth left in the front of my mouth my two front ones the one on the left side i got pulled and two on the other side. i was on bactrim and clyndimycin before and after the tooth was pulled,  the pain still wouldnt go away, i went back to the dentist and told him please just pull the 4 top teeth left my head feels full and my ears feel plugged and the pain won;t go away. i explained to him theres some kind of infection in there still or somethings wrong my face still felt swollen and i was in extreme pain, so, he pulled the front tooth on the left side because the side of it was rotting and black but refused to pull the other three on the right side telling me theres nothing wrong with them. they arent great he said but they will do for now till you go get a dentures then ill pull the three teeth and put the dentures in, sooo heres my dilemia,, since then i have been extremely sick, still the left side of my face is swollen right from my nose  through out my check, not enough for people to see unless i tell them, some days it feels so swollen and sore and the pain still shoots up to my temple my sinuses feel so dry and for awhile i was getting dizzy spells and bad headaches. i was on and off bactrim and clyndamycin from march till july. then took, clyndamycin for almost the month of august because my gums tasted like infection leaking out. my head still feels full my ears wont stop making this crunching sound and when i go outside i feel like im going to have an anxiety attack because the light just makes me feel like im not grounded and im in a fog and i feel like im going to pass out, now on the other side of my face the same things starting its not swollen though but it feels like its starting it starts out it feels like a string of dirt coming down from my forhead right on my nose and from in behind my eye causing so my pressure and going into my check and temple right down to my gum and a funny taste in my mouth, i went to the er two weeks ago and explained all this to them and they gave me 5 days of zithromax and are sending me to an ent. well well i was taking the zithromax i started to feel a bit better and it was weird i could feel crunching in my face and jaw like something was trying to break up and come out. i have a hard bump in the very top of my gum right behind where the tooth was i got pulled  and on the other side of my gum at the top i feel another on starting over the tooth there and when i touch it the pain shoots up to side of my nose into my cheek and behind my eye, my dentist tells me im fine theres no gum infection, im not fine ive been battling this since march when the tooth pain became consistant, i thought i was going to get the tooth pulled and in a few weeks id be fine but im still feeling fullness in my head and pain from my gums to my eyes my ears feel dry and constanly crunch, i havent gone anywhere in months when i go outside i just feel like im going to spin and pass out i have to hold onto something and my body gets really hot espcially in my face, im really scared no one seems to have any answers, a few weeks after i had the tooth pulled i was in emerg with really bad neck pains on the opposite side of where i had the tooth pulled they did exrays on my neck and sinuses and said there was nothing, the headaches arent as bad as they were but my head feels full like its too much to carry around, Could this be some kind of infection still from this bad tooth i had. when i rub  my gum on the left side where the bump is in there its hard and my hole side of my head feels numb and painful right up to my temple, all the trips ive made to the walk in clinic the dentist and er no one seems to know whats wrong im very scared and now just want the three top teeth out that are left and all my bottom teeth out  and to beable to go outside, Anyone ever experience anything like this or know anyone that has
