sensitivity

I have 8 crowns on my bottom teeth, with the outside ones holding the partial.
One in particular was hitting a little funny, and has now started having some
sensitivity to it. Will this resolve on it's own if I just try and leave it alone?

Probably a good idea to get it checked out and evaluate it.  How old is the crown and partial?

It's only a year old, as is the uper plate.

It may be getting loose.  When was the last time you had it adjusted?  Dentures, like anything else, need regular maintenance so it may be time to tighten those clasps, etc.
