sinus started to act up since wisdom tooth pull

The oral surgeon said once he had remove my wisdom, my sinus might act up. Well, it feel like sinus, my head is a little heavy(like throbbing),the area around my nose is hurting. Could this be sinus or is the just the affect of 3 wisdom being remove? What sinus pills is safe to take while taking amoxicillin and ibuprofen due to wisdom teeth being removed?

Any nasal decongestant should be fine.  You may want to call the surgeon for a recommendations.  Also try to avoid blowing your nose or anything that may affect the sinus.
