sinusitius or toothache

I went to my denstist because i noticed my gums looked a little swollen on the right top. i had a little pressure she took an xray and said there may be something brewing but she did notknow what. she did the pulse test on my tooth said she thought it might be one of teeth but i have such low sinuses she would not touch it. I went to an endodonist who did a work up on mymouth because it now felt like i had a toothache on both sides of my mouth.
he said he really could not see anything in particular so iwent to another dentist who took xrays of both my right and left tooth area and said he thought it was sinuses. i had a cat scan done and it shows that my right maxilarry sinus is full so here i sit after being on 3 different atibiotics and still in pain . no drainiage in sinuses but little pressure on cheek but major concern is teeth now only on the right side. any answers. Thanks

Not all  toothaches are odontogenous. Your desrcriptions suggest non-odontogenous toothache. There are muscular toothache, sinus toothache, neuropathic toothache, cardiac toothache, and neurovascular toothache. If ENT can not identify sinus pathology , seeing an orofacial pain specialist to investigate the source of pain is warranted.

I need to ask this. first i have an appointment with an ENT tomorrow. but today my tooth hurt so i put ice on my face it relived it some what then i tooka q tip and put ambesol on the tooth that i thought was causing the pain when i touched the outer top part of the tooth that is right by the gum i almost went through the roof it sent such a shock like sensation through me and now it is huring even worse. Does that sound like sinus i am more inclined that i have a bad tooth. Thank you i am tired of just haveing pain while waiting for dr and dentist apt. and its the holidays so no one is in very long.. Thank you
