slight burny tongue

thank you for answering me back, but i dont remember changing anything  at that time, but with all my stress i do have the acid reflux which makes things worse. now my tongue felt pretty good for several days then my daughter has this box of cereal that is really hard and ruff and i ate some out of the box and then with some milk and right after that i felt the same irritation again. like it scraped and made it raw. its lightened up a bit but what do you think, still an allergic reaction?
