small amount of pus weeping from extraction sites (am i doomed to dry sockets?)

Had all 4 Wisdom Teeth plus 2 more (bottom right) extracted nearly two weeks ago, one week after surgery i noticed infection taste (very bad but with very little pain) comming from bottom rightside (where the extras came from). i went back to oral surgeon who said it was a dry socket(althought i suspect there was a slight infection befor extraction), packed the socket and gave me penicillin. The pain subsided entirely and the infection taste went away untill about 3 days ago, when all the sudden warm infection tasting pus began to weep from both bottom sides and the top right.. strange part is the pus tastes bad but nowhere near as bad as when i had to have first socket packed .

scary part is the penicilin meds are now gone (only recived a weeks worth)and the pus weeping continues but with no pain at all.

My question is do i have several dry socket infections and if i do is this a sign of them going away or just starting up. Please keep in mind i cannot go back to dentist or oral surgeon for a while so i must have you best guess , i also have no swelling or pain just persistant yucky pus comming from several spots in my mouth and i fear the slide down to the agony that i keep reading about from dry socket infection.

The only things i have close to meds are the oral rinse (chlorhexdine gluconate.12%) advill in case pain or swelling happens and vitaminC supplement.  guess i will ask while i am here, should i continue using the rinse and will VitC help at all?? Also when in the world can i smoke a cigarette, i am freaking out.

thank you very much for your answersinadvance

I doubt that these  are dry sockets at this point. Dry sockets are extremely painful and pus is not one of the symptoms. Just as the name indicates the socket is dry because the clot has dissolved or didn't form in the first place and that is why you do not get proper healing.I am not sure what you have at this point but if you can not visit the oral surgeon(which I think would be a good idea) then I think very warm salt water would be a good idea.Vit C I don't think will help. As far as your smoking is concerned it probably couldn't do any more harm, but I say that with tongue in cheek. Might be a good idea to stop now.
