small white spot on tongue, dark sore on lip, swollen gums, sore throat

Ok, so basically here are my 4 problems:

There is a small white spot on my tongue. I actually sliced it off with dental floss earlier this morning. But i notice there may be another starting right next to it. It hurts but is not unbearable. Feels like a sore, and resembles a whitehead on my tongue.

There is also a dark sore on my bottom lip. I can't tell what it is, it is almost black but looks like it could be dried blood. It hurts slightly more than the spot on my tongue.

My gums are also infected/inflamed. i keep brushing and using floss. I also rinse with mouthwash afterwards. They hurt mostly on the upper portion of my mouth. When I brush them hard, they tend to bleed. The other day I even had to grab a napkin at one point and Rub them, which also made them bleed.

I also have had a very bad sore throat lately. I have been taking chloroseptic and other OTC meds. It hurts to swallow, and sometimes gets so bad it feels like someone is stabbing my throat. Or like it has been cut, scratched, or even sanded down. I have a very hard time swallowing.

I have also been getting sick lately, ie: getting headaches, slight fevers (yesterday I was so cold and my house was about 78, and outside was about 90 or so. I live in florida), nausia, aches, etc.

Can someone please help me?

I think it would be a good idea if you made a visit to your MD and DDS asap.

get a job with benefits - like most others, OR pay for your own policy - something like Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
