snap-on-smile

I am wondering how effective is this divice. I have called a lot of dentist and a lot of them have not heard of it. Also since I am close to the Canadian border is this available in Canada and would it be less expensive there rather then where I live, northern NY.

I'm not sure if its available in Canada.  A Snap On smile is basically a nightguard or mouthguard that is shaped like teeth that you can wear over your existing teeth.  It doesn't solve any of the dental issues that may be present though.
