sweeling cheek

Do your teeth need to hurt to have a abcesse tooth?? My left check is swollen, started first with pressure under the eye, I thought I was gettin a sinus infection, then my left sid swelled up. Thanks for any input, shoould I see a doctor or a dentist?

I would probably recommend seeing a dentist to make sure there's no dental cause of the problem and to get a prescription of antibiotics.  You can get an abscess without a painful tooth.
