swelling gums

My gums are swelling inside on the top portion above tongue I just want to know what might be the  cause of this one and is their any cure because it's hard to eat

There are many reasons why the gums may swell up.  You should see a dentist to get it evaluated.  Most likely causes tend to be infection or trauma in the area.

Or maybe you have gigervitis but go to a dentist just incase good luck
