swollen gums

i have a swollen gum problem but it is only between 2 teeth in the front of my mouth and i am haveing the sore throat thing too but im not sure if they are related an di do not have the money or insurance to go to the doc to see if it is anything serious does anyone have any idea???????? thanks so much for your help
