Teeth are remarkably strong, but they can chip, fracture or break. Teeth usually break as a result of trauma — from biting down on something hard. You need to see your dentist whenever a tooth is sensitive to changes in temperature or if it hurts while you're eating. Pain that's constant is a serious warning sign because it may mean that a fracture has damaged the nerve and live tissues inside the tooth.
Hi,
It does sound as though you need a dental evaluation. Brushing just once a day is not enough. Plaque will harden in 12 hours. After that time it does not brush off but builds up. Brushing once won't get it off. It creates a buildup that occurs at the gum line and and makes them recede. Dental pockets form this way. It sounds like that is what is happening to you.
Please make and appt with your dental professional ASAP. This will not go away by itself and eventually destroy the bone holding in your teeth.
Make that appt. You cannot take care of this yourself.
Good luck and my best to you,
Gellia
