temporary filling removal

temporary filling removal

Had root canal, on a near to front tooth.Had gum line trimmed to get decay removed. Temporary filling placed. Seemed to heal fine. No bleeding or tenderness when brushing.  But when dentist went to remove temp. filling gum began to bleed.  This has happenened twice now, unable to put in permanent filling, due to the bleeding. Why does this only happen when he attempts removal, and not at any other time?  How can I help the gum to heal so it won't bleed during this procedure?  I do have iron defecient anemia, and low Vit. D, and Sjogren's.  He states it's not due to systemic disorders. I have been taking care of systemic problems. Want to try again, don't know how long to wait.
