tempory glue on bridge

I had a porcelain bridge put on the right front of my upper teeth. It really look's beautiful . When my dentist put it on, he was going to permnantly put it on, but his assistant said no we are going to use temporary glue, just in case someone
you know does not like it. I told her that it does not matter and that I loved it.  Now three month's later and numerous attempts by the dentist only two porcelain teeth of the bridge are coming loose, and my front tooth is on really tight.
I have another appointment in two week's for the dentist to attempt to take it. He said this time he will numb me so I do not feel him doing it, as it felt like my teeth under the bridge were being torn out when he tried doing it the last few time's.
My biggest fear is that he will cause a fatal fracture on the front tooth where the glue is tight.  I paid over $5,000 since he also put a cap on my other front tooth so that everything looked perfect.  I feel that this is his fault. My bite was checked and everything looked and felt perfect. I waited a long time to have this done, because I had a gap between my two front teeth, and now it is closed up.  Can my bridge be removed, remember the temp glue is on very tight on my front tooth, with out fracturing my tooth and breaking my brand new bridge.  The dental assistant told me she know's better and that she has been there 30 year's. Well I can not understand that statement if what I feared would happen with the temp glue has happened. And is it common to use temp glue on a bridge that came back ready for permanant glue from the lab.  I am a nervous wreck before my next apppointment.
